Zealot ISO

4 November 2018

Minimum weight and maximum cushioning, that’s the story with the all new Zealot ISO.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The Saucony design team built the Zealot ISO for runners who love responsive and lightweight shoes with a 4mm heel-to-toe offset, but who also desire premium cushioning to help reduce impact on the body. In that sense, it picks up where the Cortana 4 left off, but adds several key technologies that make the Zealot ISO an all new running experience.

TECHNOLOGY

As part of the ISO•Series, the Zealot features an ISOFIT upper, which combines an inner fit sleeve with a cradle overlay for a custom-feeling lockdown fit. This allows the Zealot ISO to stay put at quicker speeds. Moving down the platform, the Zealot ISO features a PWRGRID midsole, our most premium compound, offering 20% more cushioning than previous midsole foams. It’s the blend of those technologies, along with the 4mm offset and 8.3oz weight, that allow the Zealot ISO to perform beautifully for a wide range of running distances and speeds.

SUMMARY

The Zealot ISO is confident as an every day trainer, and is also a great complementary shoe for runners who currently use low profile shoes like the Kinvara, but may be looking for extra cushioning on longer runs and recovery days. It can also be mixed in with other neutral trainers such as the Triumph and Ride as a way to introduce a 4mm heel-to-toe drop to your running routine.
