What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Why? Successfully defending my Australian ITU Junior Elite title by winning back to back years in 2006 & 2007.
What is your favorite Saucony shoe? Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 (I have been wearing the Hurricane model of Saucony for over 4 years now).
What are your current goals? - WIN the ITU Under 23 World Championships , Beijing China - Become the top ranked ITU Under 23 athlete in the world for 2011 - Olympic Games Gold
What is your favorite pump up song? Hilltop Hoods - Chase that feeling.
What is your favorite downtime activity? Spending time with my family.
Who do you look up to? Why? My parents, for all their support and the morals, values and advice they have given me over the years.
Where is your favorite race location? Wellington in New Zealand because of how tough the race is.
What keeps you going when you are about to give up? Knowing that pain is temporary, glory lasts for ever.
What is your worst injury you have had? Broken collar bone while racing in Japan in 2009.
If you could no longer perform as an athlete, what would be your choice of career? I am about to complete my Business Degree (Major in Sports Management & Marketing Minor) so something around athlete management and sponsorship.
Cats or Dogs? Dogs, I have always wanted a husky.
