What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Why?
Winning Gold at the Commonwealth Games 2011. It was my first senior Australian team and only one year after taking up the one lap event.

What is your favorite Saucony shoe?
Hmm… few come to mind but I will have to go with the Saucony Triumph.

What are your current goals?
- London 2012 and sub 46 second - 400m

What is your favorite pump up song?
Can’t be Touched – Roy Jones JR – “You will not win cause I will not lose!”

What is your favorite downtime activity?
Body boarding… Beach.

Who do you look up to? Why?
My Father, my number one supporter. A very brave and passionate man who I will always look up to.

Where is your favorite race location?
Sydney Olympic Park – Home town track.

What keeps you going when you are about to give up?
Dreams and the fact that I know I have a lot more to give to the sport and to get out of myself.

What is your worst injury you have had?
A couple of hamstring tears.

If you could no longer perform as an athlete, what would be your choice of career?
Professional punter.

Be able to fly. Would be amazing.
